No. This sprint is built to generate ROI without custom software, so we work inside any paid ChatGPT and your existing tools while we install a repeatable workflow system your team can actually stick with.
How do you pick which workflows to upgrade?
We start with a short survey plus a stakeholder call to surface 5–8 candidate workflows, then we prioritize 3–5 that are repetitive, easy to map, and will create a visible win when improved.
How many people can attend the training workshop?
The sweet spot is 10+ people so the workshop stays interactive and adoption doesn't fade but we can accomodate any size.
What if we have compliance or security constraints?
