Bracket Structure

The tournament uses a 16-slot, single-elimination bracket. All 16 plugins are seeded and placed into the bracket by Russ Henneberry, founder of theCLICK. Matchups proceed through 4 rounds: Round of 16 (8 matchups), Quarterfinals (4 matchups), Semifinals (2 matchups), and the Championship (1 matchup).
07

Voting Process

Voting is open to everyone. You do not need to be a theCLICK Pro member to vote. To cast your vote, enter your email address and select the plugin you want to advance. You get one vote per email address per matchup. By voting, your email will be added to the theCLICK newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time). Vote counts are displayed publicly in real time.
08

Judging Process

An official panel of judges will determine the winner of each matchup across all four rounds. The judges will take public vote totals into account as one factor in their decision, but the final call rests with the panel. The People's Choice Prize is separate from the bracket. It goes to the plugin that accumulates the most total public votes across all rounds, regardless of how far that plugin advances in the bracket.
09

Judging Criteria

Judges evaluate plugins on four criteria: - Usefulness (40%): Does this plugin solve a real problem for marketers? - Execution (25%): Is the plugin well-built, reliable, and easy to use? - Creativity (20%): Does the plugin show original thinking or a novel approach? - Demo Quality (15%): Is the demo video clear, compelling, and well-produced?
10

Prizes

Three cash prizes will be awarded: - Grand Prize: $500 (Tournament Champion) - Most Creative: $250 (Judged across all entries, not just finalists) - People's Choice: $250 (Highest total public vote count across all rounds) A plugin can win multiple prizes. For example, the Champion could also win People's Choice if they accumulated the most total votes.
11

Code of Conduct

Play fair. Be a good sport. Support your fellow builders. Do not create multiple email accounts to stuff votes. Do not disparage other entrants or their plugins. Do not attempt to manipulate the voting system. theCLICK reserves the right to disqualify any entry or void any votes that violate the spirit of fair competition.
