How is this different from your team training?

Team training (starting at $5,000) trains your group to use AI on their workflows. Executive AI Training is one-on-one and focused on you: your fluency, your operating system, and your ability to lead adoption from the top. Many leaders do the executive engagement first, then bring in team training to scale it.

What is the time commitment?

Plan on one working session per week with Russ, plus a few hours of practice on your own work between sessions. The sessions are built around real decisions you already own, so the time replaces work you would do anyway rather than adding to it.

Do I need to be technical?

What is Claude Cowork?

Claude Cowork is Anthropic's agent workspace for professional teams. It gives AI agents persistent memory, file access, web browsing, and tool integrations. Is the engagement remote or in person?

Sessions are delivered remotely via Zoom for flexibility. In-person sessions can be arranged for part of the engagement and may include travel costs depending on location.
